By accessing or using the Shodham platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including students, parents, counsellors, and school administrators.
Description of Service
Shodham is a career intelligence platform operated by Mind Excellence Technologies. The platform provides career assessments, personalised career reports, and counselling services to students in Class 9–12. Services are available via web browser and are subject to the plan purchased.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others or allow others to access your account. You must immediately notify us at contact@shodham.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Assessment Data
Assessment responses and results are used to generate personalised career reports and to improve the platform's matching accuracy. Data is not used for advertising purposes and is not sold to third parties. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023. For students under 18, parental or guardian consent is required before assessment data is stored. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete information about how your data is used.
Payments and Refunds
Paid plans (Blueprint ₹1,999 and Mastery ₹6,999) are subject to our Refund Policy. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Shodham does not store payment card details.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Shodham platform — including assessment questions, report templates, career data, scoring algorithms, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Mind Excellence Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Career reports are guidance tools based on assessment data. They are not professional psychological diagnoses or guaranteed predictions of career success. Shodham is not liable for decisions made based on report recommendations. Always consult a qualified counsellor for significant educational decisions.
